Our department uses many software products across the labs, but PST by far has the best customer service. So the money spent to save time on experiment glitches, which may or may not be related to PST, is well worth it.
I had a nasty problem that was holding up our research. Devon at PST emailed back and forth with me and we got it solved and I was able to see our pilot data in time to decide whether to start our EEG study or redesign the program by the end of the semester. This was important for us and this fix was worth far more to us than the very reasonable expense for the support.
